TBP V1.01

In this update I introduced a main menu page that you can select play or exit. The Options button is there for future use but has nothing connected to it right now. 

I also implemented a pause menu that will freeze your controls when pressed (ESC key). From the pause menu you can choose to resume game or return to menu.

The final part big thing I changed was allowing enemies to open doors. It is towards the bottom of their priority list so it won't ruin their gameplay.
